Reserve Your Trip
To ensure your requested dates are properly set aside for you, please be sure to follow the directions carefully.
Step 1: Choose your Adventure! Please review the adventures available to you. Choose the trip date and enter it carefully to ensure the departure trip you are reserving.
Step 2: Please read the Terms and Conditions! In order to ensure a smooth and organized trip for everyone, certain terms and conditions have been implemented to protect all parties.
Step 3: Fill out the information Forms! In order to properly plan each trip, Horseback Adventures LTD. needs to know the Height, Weight, Age, as well as the Experience level of each person attending. Space has been provided for you to enter this information.
Step 4: Calculate your deposit! Each trip requires a non-refundable deposit for each person attending. The deposit is 1/3 the total cost per person payable by cheque. There are no deposits required for hourly rides.
Step 5: Payment! When making your payment (deposit/final) we accept Personal and Travelers’ Cheques, Visa, Master Card and cash. To be fair to our US clients, we will extend the same US cash selling price the bank gives us the day we receive your payment. The exchange will be credited to your trip account. Your balance is due 3 weeks prior to trip departure or upon arrival. Be sure to make a reservation early to ensure availability.
Check-In
Check in is between 9 & 9:30 a.m. for all of our rides. We do ask that all guests please call the night before trip departure to confirm arrival and ask any last minute questions. Upon check-in your gear will be packed and we go over basic do’s and don’ts of riding on the trail.
Each client is required to sign a "Waiver" releasing Horseback Adventures LTD. from all risks.
Car and Extra Luggage
We have parking available at the ranch for any vehicles. Your extra luggage and valuables may be left at the ranch as well, and we recommend not leaving valuables in your vehicle.
