"12 day Wilderness Adventure” – Destination “Brewster’s Wall and Hardscrabble area"
July 23 - Aug.3/12
DAY 1: Arrive at the trailhead at Rock Lake for 9 am. Pack up and ride up the Wild Hay River to camp at Carson Creek or Eagles Nest, depending on availability.
DAY 2: Move through Eagles Nest Pass to Rock Creek campground at the head of Rock Creek.
DAY 3: Layover day. Ride to Desolation Pass at the head of Jasper National Park boundary.
DAY 4: Move to Brewster’s Wall. A beautiful spot with high mountain passes and high mountain lakes.
DAY 5: Ride to Glacier Pass at the head of South Sulphur River and Mowitch Creek on the Jasper National Park boundary.
DAY 6: Move to Caribou Camp on the north fork of the Sulphur River. This camp is above Blue Grouse and is used less and has more availability.
DAY 7: Layover day. Day ride into Hardscrabble Pass. Headwaters of the Sulphur River and Hardscrabble Creek on the Jasper National Parks boundary.
DAY 8: Layover day. Day ride to Blue Grouse Pass. This pass takes you from the North Sulphur River to Monigan Creek.
DAY 9: Today we move to camp at the head of Rock Creek.
DAY 10: Layover or move to Carson Creek in case of bad weather.
DAY 11: move to Carson Creek if we layover on day 10.
DAY 12: move back to Rock Lake, end of trip.
A deposit of $1352.00 per person is required upon booking of this trip.
